Description:
When printing the polyester fabric, its essential to keep the pH of the print past 5.5 to 6. The acid used to print the fabric must not be volatile. However, it shouldnt cause damage or yellowing of the fabric on which the printing is performed. POLY PRINT PH is an item that can meet all of these requirements, in addition to being cost-effective.
Application:
Add 0.5 to 1% POLYPRINTPH to the paste before adding dye. Dye. Mix well. Add additional auxiliaries such as Cleantex 307 (Loop steam accelerator) in the same way as usual. Add penetrating wetting agents (If necessary) and Metgrip 9 (chelating agent for Iron impurities). Add the dispersed dye according to requirements. Mix thoroughly. Print dry-loop steam, then wash with Polyrinse 2 as usual. The prints that result are brighter and brighter than standard prints without causing harm or yellowing to the material.
